1. Who we are

wabill is a product of K2026012823 (Pty) Ltd, a South African registered company. By using wabill, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please stop using the site.

2. The service

wabill provides free online generators for invoices, quotes, payslips, credit notes, receipts, and statements, together with guides and templates. The generators run in your web browser and produce a PDF that you save and share yourself. There is no account to create and no charge.

The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or remove tools over time.

3. Your documents are your responsibility

You decide what goes into a document and who receives it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details and amounts you enter, for making sure your documents comply with the tax and employment laws that apply to you, and for having a lawful basis to use the personal information of the clients and employees you name in them.

The generators do not calculate tax for you beyond the VAT rate you set, and they do not keep a copy of anything you create. Save your PDFs and keep your own records.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use wabill to:

• Create fraudulent, misleading, or illegal documents.
• Impersonate another person or business.
• Break any applicable law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the site, or copy it wholesale.

5. Guides are general information

The articles, templates, and examples on this site explain common requirements in plain language. They are general information, not legal, tax, or payroll advice, and laws and thresholds change. Check with SARS, the Department of Employment and Labour, or a qualified adviser before relying on them for your situation.

6. What wabill is not

wabill is a document creation tool. We are not an accounting firm, tax advisor, payroll bureau, or financial institution. We do not send documents on your behalf, process payments, or store your records.

7. Your data

What you type into a generator stays in your browser and is not sent to us. The limited information we do collect, such as website analytics, is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by South African law, wabill and its directors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from documents you create with it, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act that cannot be excluded.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The latest version is always at wabill.co.za/terms, with its effective date shown at the top. These terms are governed by South African law, and any disputes go to the South African courts.
